Superfoods Rawnola

Create an energy boosting Superfoods Rawnola, the perfect way to keep your family energised throughout the day! Great for breakfast, snacking on, or to crumble over a dessert.

Ingredients:

30g Sunflower Seeds
30g Goji Berries
15g Buckwheat Groats
15g Almonds
15g Cashews
30g Pumpkin Seed
15g Coconut Shavings
5g Cacao Nibs
30g Hemp Hearts
6 Dates (pitted)
2.5g Himalayan Pink Salt
2.5g Monk Fruit Powder
30ml Coconut Water
1/2c Fresh Boysenberries
1/2c Raw Vegan Yogurt (alternatively use your favorite range)

Method:

  • Soak Raw Almonds, Goji Berries, and Pitted Dates for 1 hour (or overnight) to soften, then drain.
  • Add Dates to a blender and mix until smooth in consistency.
  • Add to a large mixing bowl with all ingredients (except for the Yogurt & Berries).
  • Mix well coating evenly.
  • Pour mixture onto dehydrator sheets pressing down flat & even dehydrate for 12h on 40.c turning mixture over half way at 6h.
  • (Alternatively this can be eaten as it is or can be baked on 180.c for 20 minutes mixing around to bake evenly).
  • Next break Rawnola apart into sections or crumble into small bite sized pieces
  • Serve with Raw Yogurt or Plant Based Mylk, Fresh Boysenberries & extra little dusting of the most flavorful Boysenberry powder
