Boysenberry Gin Sour

Easy Berry Cocktails are quick to make with only a few ingredients. 

Ingredients

• 30ml celery gin
• 15ml elderflower liquor
• 1 egg white
• 30ml fresh lemon
• 10ml dessert wine
• 5ml sugar syrup (optional)
• Little Beauties freeze dried boysenberries

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker and mix until combined.
• Stir and garnish with freeze dried boysenberries. Enjoy!
