SECRET INGREDIENT RAW VEGAN MOUSSE

Antioxidant Rich Dessert, this is a keeper for those special occasions, it’s Morish, Decadent, Delightful & For sure will impress

Ingredients-

🌱3 Dates (soaked, drained, pitted)

🌱1 Avocado (skin & pip removed)

🌱15g Fresh Blueberries

🌱1 Tspn Shaved Coconut

🌱2 Tblspn Seamoss Gel Original

🌱60ml Pure Blueberry Juice (Eden Orchards)

🌱40g Freeze Dried Blueberries (Little Beauties Fruit)

Method-

Add ingredients to a blender on high speed mix until completely smooth & creamy , Pour into serving glasses & refrigerate to set. Garnish with Fresh Blueberries, Freeze Dried Blueberries, Shaved Coconut & Extra swig of Blueberry Juice on top.
